OWODEYI OLUSEGUN MUFTAU was employed into the civil service of the Lagos state Government in January 1993. A civil servant with over 27 years of experience and a demonstrated record of accomplishment in the administrative and human resource operations, people management, payroll management and employee relations which culminated into being the head of different administrative, Directorates amongst them is the Director (HRMIS) Civil service commission, Director (A/HR) Lagos state Signage and advertisement agency from where he was deployed to Lagos state Lands Bureau on the 8th of March 2021 as the Director(A/HR).
He started his educational career with the west Africa School certificate at Ebenezer comprehensive High School, Ijaye Lagos, and he proceeded to study economics at the Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos.
Among his educational qualification are (PGD) in Business Administration at the Nigeria Institute of journalism, Ogba in 1997, University of Ibadan (MMP) Managerial Psychology in 2002 and a professional post graduate Diploma in Organizational transformation and consulting
His Personal Achievements cannot be overemphasized with the:
- Award of the best staff of the month of June, 2020 Recognition of outstanding Performance by LASAA management.
- Award of Outstanding performance in March 2019 during the letter Day celebration by the civil service Commission.
